We focus on investing and developing the fastest global and transcontinental routes between major cities, financial trading centers, critical corporate operations centers, and other end point locations.

We are seeking a Network Expert / Consultant to provide expertise on network investment, development and operations in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. The ideal candidate will have experience with high-reliability networks, with a specific focus on transport network systems, optical fiber networking, DWDM and IP network services and connectivity.

This remote consultancy position is perfect for the mid-level network engineer who is looking to apply their expertise towards new and unique global projects to help advance their career.

We are accepting candidates on a rolling basis for this position in order to fill requirements among several different country project teams.

• Provides consultancy on the design, configuration and operations of transport networks to meet client and partner requirements in their country or region.
• Offers guidance on the performance of day-to-day networking tasks to ensure network reliability, availability and serviceability with minimal interruption.
• Provides technical support and solves network problems associated with high-reliability networks.
• Advises on network technology modernization and expansion projects.
• Provides technical expertise specific to their country or region based on local trends and best practices.

• B.S. / B.E. degree in a telecommunications-related field.
• 5+ years of experience in transport network engineering, ideally with a large/national telecommunications provider in the EMEA region.
• CCNA; experience with Cisco products and technology.
• Desire and willingness to work on cutting-edge technologies and global projects.

This position offers a flexible/remote work arrangement that will be custom tailored to fit our preferred candidate.

Estimated consultancy rates are $175-$275 per hour.
